Operating Committee

The CT Plan is overseen by an Operating Committee (OC) comprised of the seven current U.S. equity exchange groups and FINRA. Each year, the OC elects a chair among this group to serve a one-year term. The current chair, elected in February 2025, is Nasdaq’s Jeff Kimsey.
