During the first quarter of 2025, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”)

During the first quarter of 2025, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”) completed the following tasks:

  • Established Voting Representatives from each of the Members
  • Selected individuals to serve on the Advisory Committee
  • Formed Subcommittees regarding:
    • Processor Contracts
    • Market Data Fees and Policies
    • Administrator Selection

While the Securities and Exchange Commission’s approval order removed the Gantt chart as Exhibit F to the CT Plan, the Members are still utilizing the Gantt chart in order to meet the deadlines specified in the CT Plan.
