During the first quarter of 2026, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”) completed the following tasks:
- Signed an interim agreement with the new Administrator to allow the new Administrator to begin work on the transition.
- Prepare and negotiate an Administrative Services Agreement with the new Administrator.
- Submit revisions to and a response to comments regarding the CT Plan’s fee filing.
- Completed its third funding of the CT Plan.
The Operating Committee continues to meet in the following subcommittee:
- Market Data Fees and Policies – The Market Data Fees and Policies subcommittee is continuing to meet to develop policies applicable to the proposed fee schedule.
Additionally, the new Administrator is meeting with the current Administrators in order to develop a transition plan and ensure continuity of services.
