During the second quarter of 2025, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”) completed the following tasks:
- Selected a funding mechanism for the CT Plan
- Engaged an accounting firm for the CT Plan
- Engaged a firm to handle the RFP process for selecting a new Administrator
- Engaged communications firm to expand reach of RFP
- Elected Retail Representative to Advisory Committee
- Decided to assign the Processor contracts from the CQ/CTA/UTP Plans to the CT Plan
The Operating Committee continues to meet in the following subcommittees:

- Administrator Selection
