During the third quarter of 2025, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”) completed the following tasks:
- Completed its first funding of the CT Plan and refined budgeting procedures for future funding rounds.
- Completed draft novation agreements to assign the Processor contracts from the CQ/CTA/UTP Plans to the CT Plan.
- Developed and launched CT Plan website at https://thectplanllc.com/.
The Operating Committee continues to meet in the following subcommittees:
- Market Data Fees and Policies – The Market Data Fees and Policies subcommittee is nearing completion of developing a fee schedule for the CT Plan. The subcommittee is beginning to prepare the necessary plan amendment to propose the fee schedule.
- Administrator Selection – The Administrator Selection subcommittee is nearing completion of the RFP for selecting a new Administrator.
