During the fourth quarter of 2025, the Operating Committee of the CT Plan LLC (the “CT Plan”) completed the following tasks:
- Unanimously agreed on and filed a proposed fee schedule with the SEC for the CT Plan
- Completed the RFP for selecting a new Administrator, received bids from entities applying to be the new Administrator, and had meetings with bidders
- Tentatively selected DataCT, a subsidiary of DataBP, as the new Administrator (the Operating Committee will engage in negotiation with DataCT to finalize its selection)
- Completed its second funding of the CT Plan
The Operating Committee continues to meet in the following subcommittee:
- Market Data Fees and Policies – The Market Data Fees and Policies subcommittee is continuing to meet to begin development of policies applicable to the proposed fee schedule
